Course Description
This forklift operator training has been designed to communicate the essential guidelines and safety principles of forklift operation. This course will provide students with the tools and information needed to maintain their equipment in safe operating condition. Upon completion workers will be able to operate their forklifts safely, recognize and report concerns with equipment, and understand equipment limitations.

Evaluation
Successful completion of this course requires an 80% grade on a written exam (theory) and a "pass" rating on the practical portion.
Upon successful completion a certificate of completion and wallet card will be issued and will expire 3 years after the date of completion.
